The hot dishes are some of the highlights of Malay cuisine's vibrant flavors, Ayam Rendang Tok, Daging Kurma Kenduri are amongst some of the must-try dishes. 

Experience the essence of Ramadan buffet at the carving station featuring a whole roasted Baby Lamb where the perfectly seasoned Lamb is slowly roasted to a tender and flavorful bite. Same for the Shawarma where you get unlimited refills of marinated grilled meat wrapped in a  warm Pita bread and served with your favorite sauces and toppings. For those who prefer crispy indulgence, check out the Fried Chicken by Chef Karai. Completing the Ramadan spread will be the warm comfort of Bubur Lambuk- Malaysian Porridge made with Chicken/Beef and aromatic spices. 

Do not leave without trying the various Ramadan sweet treats, start with a refreshing Ice Kacang (or ABC) as well as the Malay traditional Kuih. There are some with a modern twist too, such as the Pandan Sago Gula Melaka, Agar-Agar Bandung Cincau and Bubur Pulut Hitam. For those who prefer lighter option, there is Rojak Buah-Buahan.
