The Nova Cafe serves a healthy and wallet-friendly menu, the newly opened cafe at Irrawaddi Road has quite a number of options for those seeking a light and inexpensive meal. On the menu- it has Salad, Rice Bowl, Pasta, Sandwiches, Bagels and a couple of dessert options. We tried a few dishes and we thought they offer great values in return- definitely a decent choice if you are up for a simple-healthy and budget-friendly meal.
Currybonara (Rm 23)
Sunny Curry Rice Bowl (Rm 15)
Spammy Curry Rice Nowl (Rm 15)
Bagel of the Day + Americano (Rm 16)
Enchanted Green- Niko Neko Matcha (Rm 23)
Our favorite order was probably the Currybonara- a marriage between Curry and Carbonara. The combo worked, the usual creaminess was there and the Curry aroma somewhat added a layer of dimension to the dish; topped up with a slab of Chicken chop. The Chicken was unbelievably tender and well-seasoned. We enjoyed the whole dish and thought it offered great value in return. The Rice Bowls were not too shabby either- both were similar except the protein. We found ourselves liking the Pasta more than the Rice Bowl.
