A proud local Penang brand that withstood the test of time- Winter Warmers is founded by a tea enthusiast back in Year 2000; the brand has strong presence in major shopping malls Northern states of Malaysia... with an aim to provide a comfortable-tranquil atmosphere for diners to enjoy their selection of English teas. Today, the tea house has expanded their food offering from the initial tea-snacks to a full-fledged menu, consists of a big selection of mains and delicious treats.
